Право на отказ
Потребитель имеет право отказаться от дистанционного договора купли-продажи в течение 14 дней без указания причин.
Для договора купли-продажи одного товара 14-дневный срок начинается со дня, когда покупатель или указанное им третье лицо, не являющееся перевозчиком, получил товар.
Чтобы воспользоваться правом на отказ, покупатель должен направить stiLRetro однозначное заявление о своём решении отказаться от договора, например по электронной почте или письмом. Для соблюдения срока достаточно отправить заявление до истечения 14-дневного срока.
Последствия отказа
В случае действительного отказа stiLRetro возвращает полученные от покупателя платежи, включая стоимость стандартной доставки. Дополнительные расходы, возникшие из-за выбора покупателем более дорогого способа доставки вместо предложенного стандартного варианта, возврату не подлежат.
Возврат производится без неоправданной задержки и не позднее 14 дней со дня получения заявления об отказе. Для возврата используется тот же способ оплаты, который применялся при покупке, если стороны прямо не согласовали иное и это не создаёт для покупателя расходов.
stiLRetro вправе удержать возврат денег до получения товара обратно либо до предоставления покупателем доказательства отправки товара — в зависимости от того, что наступит раньше.
Возврат товара и расходы
Покупатель должен отправить товар обратно без неоправданной задержки и не позднее 14 дней со дня сообщения об отказе. Покупатель несёт непосредственные расходы по обратной отправке товара, если он был надлежащим образом уведомлён об этом до заключения договора.
Покупатель отвечает за уменьшение стоимости товара только в той мере, в какой оно возникло вследствие обращения с товаром, выходящего за пределы необходимого для проверки его свойств, характеристик и функционирования.

Right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
For a contract concerning one item, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform stiLRetro by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter, of the decision to withdraw from the contract. It is sufficient for the statement to be sent before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
Following a valid withdrawal, stiLRetro will reimburse payments received from the customer, including the cost of standard delivery. Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered by stiLRetro are not reimbursed.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after stiLRetro is informed of the withdrawal. The same means of payment used for the original transaction will be used unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the customer incurs no fees as a result.
stiLRetro may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until the customer supplies evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Returning goods and return costs
The customer must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, provided the customer was properly informed of this obligation before the contract was concluded.
The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods only where that loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
